The Accademia Europea di Firenze is a School of Italian Arts, Language and Culture. Founded in 2005 as an Italian language school for foreigners, over time our school has expanded and transformed to now offer students courses of Italian art and culture, music and dance.
AEF also offers Certificate Programs in Voice & Opera, Drawing & Painting, Dance, and Italian Language & Culture, as well as Study Abroad Programs in collaboration with prestigious American Universities, intensive Summer and Winter Programs and Joint Academic Programs developed with universities from all over the world.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Through a combination of lecture classes and immersion in the organization of performances, the course introduces music students to fundamental concepts of Music Business (copyright, publishing, management) applied to the European market and related to the personal development of the artist. Students will meet with experienced music business professionals (musicians, producers, managers, publishers) to get in touch with different approaches in event production, and will be able to recognize and apply them in their future career. Students will also develop and organize an event for the end of the semester.
