ISO 9001:2008

The ISO 9001:2008 standard constitutes the basis for building and certifying the Quality Management System of an organisation. This standard is the internationally recognised reference for quality management of undertakings that intend to comply with the growing competitiveness on the market through improved customer satisfaction, rationalisation of internal processes, and consequent reduction in waste and inefficiency.
Certification of the Quality System is therefore an investment for all undertakings looking to improve the way they operate and manage their own processes. The cornerstones on which this standard is based are on one hand the guarantee of observance of the commitments made with customers, and on the other, the ability to manage and control the undertaking’s processes by measuring the performance of the services supplied and indentifying suitable indicators.
