This course presents tools to acquiring specific skills to achieve peak performance keeping a high level of mental clarity and focus. Mindfulness training is an active observation and training of our brain's neural networks. The course aims to enable students to achieve significant levels of balanced attention and awareness unlocking the power of a relaxed and focused mind.

Learning outcomes
