COURSE DESCRIPTION
The capacity to perform at best in your art requires a high degree of mental clarity and focus. Without effective tools to deal with pressure, the result is often emotional, mental, and physiological imbalance in any of your endeavors, from daily living to professional situations. However, it is possible to live up to all challenges with clarity, kindness, and happiness. This course presents approaches to acquire these skills. Mindfulness training is an active observation and training of the neural networks of our brain. It aims to offer students the opportunity to achieve significant levels of balanced attention and awareness in order to unlock the power of a relaxed and focused mind.
