We are available to help you find the most suitable accommodation for your needs! The apartments we have selected are all located in the city center, within a short distance from the school, allowing you to reach Palazzo Niccolini with a pleasant walk and/or by public transportation among the monuments and streets of Florence. They are cozy and well-furnished, equipped with all the comforts.

You will be able to select the housing option in the Enrollment Form, and will be contacted directly for further information if necessary.
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 the day before the start of the course. Check-out until 10:00h of the day after the end of the course.
Prices subject to confirmation of availability of apartments for the period desired by the student.
In the case of a request for accommodation, the form and receipt must be received at least 90 days before the start of the course.
Minors under 18 years old can only stay if accompanied by their parents and/or legal guardians, in accordance with Italian law.
Available services
- Free internet in apartments and at school
- Bed and bath linen provided
- Transfer €60 per each way on request, from/to Firenze Amerigo Vespucci Airport or Santa Maria Novella Railway Station. It is necessary to schedule at least one week in advance.
