Italian Language C1

Description

In the first part of the course students learn basic Italian grammar structures and use them in more complex phrases and sentences. To support this, the program includes excursions and academic activities in locations of cultural interest. In the second part of the course students will cover the final sections of basic grammar topics, focusing particularly on the function of verb tenses and their agreement, the subjunctive mood, implicit forms, the impersonal form, and the passive voice. By exploring the use of language and grammar in daily life through activities inside and outside the classroom, students will have the opportunity to connect with Italian culture and the mentality of Italian people. 

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course students will be able to use  advanced grammar structures and understand complex texts. Students will achieve level C1 according to the standards of of the Quadro Comune Europeo (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR).
