Born and raised in Florence, Ilaria earned a diploma in foreign languages in 2012. During her studies, she had the opportunity to participate in a cultural exchange with an American student from Red Bluff, California, an experience that significantly enhanced her language skills.
After graduating, Ilaria embarked on a career in the fashion manufacturing sector, where she gained solid organizational and management expertise. In 2022, she transitioned to the role of Student Life Assistant, a position that allowed her to combine her communication skills with a passion for intercultural interaction.
Since September 2023, Ilaria has been collaborating with the Accademia Europea di Firenze, providing support to students and contributing to their meaningful experiences during their stay in Italy.
In her free time, Ilaria pursues numerous hobbies, including outdoor sports—particularly trekking and climbing—and music, which are important sources of well-being and balance for her.
